Today is a special day!… sending myself lots of love! … spent my morning cycling around and then baking a cake for myself!…. Lol… as opposed to sleeping in!…

As I headed home, I decided to make the popular Ondeh Ondeh cake… easy to find ingredients … already in my pantry….
